Marian Chris
Marian primarily focuses on representing individuals whose constitutional rights have been violated at the hands of law enforcement or while incarcerated. He has extensive experience litigating claims against individual officers, municipalities, and government agencies for violations of rights protected by the First, Fourth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
Marian’s extensive experience in handling cases throughout the United States, and successfully obtaining multiple multi-million dollar judgments and settlements on behalf of his clients and their families, have earned him the highest recognition by his peers and the most respected national legal publications.
Education & Bar Associations
Marian received a Bachelor’s degree in corporate law from Washington State University, and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from University of Washington College of Law. Following his law school graduation for a prestigious corporate law firm before joining the family business Firm.

Work with national civil rights lawyers to improve plaintiff’s practice, review proposed legislation and rules, assist with member briefs, submit amicus materials, assist with newsletter and participate in annual CLE program development.
